Yeah it IS. Funny thing just use uni extractor on it. That way you can delete the open candy crap it tries to install which btw is why it wants internet access if you stupidly install it.
Who needs it anyways. Peazip, 7zip, winrar, and FreeArc, my favorite, are ALL portable and do way more.
On the other hand, it says it can monitor a folder for automatic extraction although I could not get it to work in portable mode
Kinda ridiculous that a small archive extractor that's portable needs installation just for open candy crap. Spare us ALL
